Considering one of his early videos was about a visit from the FBI over his government surplus synthesizer, and his other comments about being actively watched by the feds... I have always suspected his work was always going to eventually turn personal and he was going to turn himself into the subject.
Was actually a call and he never specified the agency that called, but honestly I think it might’ve actually been the DoE since that’s in their purview. He also has always been open about living in the DC metro area so it was pretty evident he glows to at least some extent.
My money is on this because he seems to be using the mention of the forum as a 'slur baiting' tactic against his leftist followers on twitter, like saying nigger and faggot to get a rise out of them.

With how often he fails to properly identify his tormentors (and smugly declares he's found them FOR REALS every time) I'm doubting his ability to do actual research. I think this is just more of dude spiraling. He's so desperate to feel in control and that he's finally figured it out he's just throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks. Even if it is a huge stretch and/or almost certainly wrong. A lot of these omega-level conspiracy guys work almost entirely on confirmation bias. They don't apply any kind of real method, they just work backwards from a conclusion and cherry pick however they can.
You know, I wasn't going to bother making a snide repeat of the "not all gay cannibals" post, but that was genuinely a terrible blind spot on his part.
