The law and the limits​

Under Texas Penal Code §46.04, individuals convicted of a felony may legally possess a firearm at their home five years after completing their sentence, including any parole or probation period. The law only allows possession at the person's residence.

Apparently not, It does seem like he actually had unchained himself from her for real this time, since she was breaking into his house and he claimed that she had left over a month ago. He appears to have made progress and she immediately went full spic goblin mode and might get deported now because of it.
