Secondarily I think the fishbucks are currently flying too fast and loose. 40 fishbucks for the cell is insane and I can't justify the reason for it unless production slowly pulls fishbucks out or devalues them.

Its fine, 4k was actually lowballing the cell challenge, Dirench only made $800 because the $4k was split across all of the fish during the Cell. Tay won 10k during the Cell in S2, but that was at Day 20 and Simbal won 5k which was around day 12 or so during Season 3. Fishbucks fly fast in the beginning of the season and start tapering off because they want to ensure early dropouts get something in their pocket before they go. Generally they try targeting 5-7k in prize money for contestants.

If I recall The Cell S2 had a 10k that Tayleigh won but it's never gotten that high since. S1 was for wayyyyyy less and if I remember correctly S3 had a prize and immunity.
