If we are allowed to expand the criteria, I think the Killdozer guy deserves some style points by bringing armored vehicular destruction to Granby, Colorado. He pimped out his ride with armor of concrete and steel plate, fitted with bulletproof glass viewing ports and cameras. For offensive weaponry, he installed gun ports for his sniper rifles, which he used to shoot up power transformers and take pot shots at police.
He only killed one person (himself), but he did cause 7 million USD of damages to utilities and property, destroying 13 buildings including the local library (not the local school sadly, but I think close enough).
