I've read more disturbing shit on KO than I have on 4chan (outside of maybe /r9k/ and /gif/, but that's another story) to be frank. At least with 4chan I can write off most shit as RPing or a lark, on KO I know these people are deathly serious. On KO, there's regularly mentions of the weird shit HRT does to you, outright lies totally incongruent with reality presented as fact, shit like this, etc. It's basically the difference between reading some freak online talking about balloon vore, versus a guy sitting next to you at a bar telling you about balloon vore.

Funnily enough, the guy who made this comic got his start on Facepunch before he got big. I forget his orginal name, but it was some variation of 'shenanigans'. Fucking hilarious that this shit circles back to where it all started.
