Reaggy always rubbed me wrong. They had a habit of thirst posting over some anime fox lady who shoves apples up their ass. That and how blatantly hypocritical they are, especially so when they criticize something.

Reaggy was always a tranny, the orbiters came from his projects mostly: horobox (a file hosting website) and the TF2 raffle site previously mentioned. If I recall right he was pretty popular even before the raffle site, since his steam account had reached the friends cap (100 at the time?) And so anyone wanting to add him had to join a steam group instead.
As for him being patient zero? Beats me, he had been in the site for a very long time and in my eyes was harmless. Yeah he had risque avatars of anime girls (mostly horo) but so did a lot of other users, back then NSFW avatars weren't strictly forbidden, I believe that as long as it didn't show naughty bits or nipples you were in the clear. A common thing around 2011 for gold users were animated avatars which would pan from the character's head to their ass for example, that got them lots of attention/reactions.
Nsfw avatars were fine for a while, with the people whining about them being told to shove it. The idea about banning them wasn't taken seriously until Garry/the moderation realised this would piss a lot of people off so suddenly the moderation was very vocal about the issue.

Speaking of Reagy: I wish I could find an archive of a facepunch thread where he posted about a robbery that happened in his workplace, complete with security cam footage where you could see reag in drag. There were some cowish comments there as well like this user telling him if he lived in america he could have been armed and shot the robber (who was holding him at gunpoint)
 
Always hated the NSFW avatars thing on FP. I never understood the idea of having such avatars and pr0n threads on forum that was mainly used for Garry's Mod and Rust content.

Those games attracted (and attracts even today) kids and minors to the forum. It's very inappropriate to show off your risque looking anime avatar in a thread that a 9 years old made because their addon was making Lua errors.

But their heads were way too thick to comprehend this issue.

Oh yeah, I remember that. Also another troon jannie was caught on camera recently, last year I think. Now I don't remember anymore his forum name but iirc was an aussie schizo-tranny mod that got nuked for power tripping.

He was caught on camera by those interviewers in Japan that are in a bear costume asking random western passengers out of the gate in the airport. Inacio posted a thread about it in fast threads or in the video section, can't remember now, but apparently an user found it but never shared it.

Think that was Maxine - he/she was a kiwi

Besides being your regular power tripping janny who took the piss out of new users and was overall a toxic schizo, many KO users urged Maxine to fuck off because he/she was very trigger happy with the ban hammer. In the end Maxine did fuck off and made a big scene out of it as if they're gonna turn themselves into another statistic. From what I remember Uncle Jimmy or another head janny said something along the lines of "I hope you are all happy because she's gone" as if he's trying to guilt trip the userbase for daring to criticize a troon moderator.

Yep, now I remember, including the shitstorm drama when he was demoted. It was Maxine alright.
 
I do think it's hilarious they keep trying to characterize us as a bunch of former users angry about being banned, when in reality it's more disillusionment with how fucked up Facepunch's legacy has become. It's quite sad, even they can't realize how far Knockout has fallen. I just want the old FP back, man.

Maxine was one of the worst for the personal bans. If you disagreed with Maxine you got banned, doesn't matter what the subject is, doesn't even have to be racism/transphobia/whatever, literally just disagreeing would net you a ban because he'd ALWAYS find an excuse. Maxine leaving was a big improvement, but sadly they just replaced him with a bunch of new trigger happy troon mods like venomousbeetle and zillamaster.
