Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know binging consists in eating in one sitting huge quantities of food that you already have in your house, regardless of the state they're in (i.e. frozen, rotten etc.) in a sort of dazed state. Real bingers can go on for hours, emptying the fridge, eating mustard with fucking ice cream if that's all they have, almost unconsciously. There's no planning, they don't take into consideration how things taste together because eating isn't the point. Whereas these fuckers interpret binging as "Oh man, I really feel like eating a kg of candies and chocolate, I'll just pop out and go get me some". That's not binging, just being a full-on glutton.

You're kinda right. People with bulimia or BED don't have a fuckin planner with reminders for binge sessions, which is why that video where Amber talked about planning her binges was so weird to me and is one of my leading suspicions that she doesn't actually suffer from BED, but simple food addiction. They're not the same thing but because she's so stupid she can't tell the difference and wants the clout and sympathy that comes with having an eating disorder.
Binging is very much an impulse, but on some occasions there can be some type of premeditation. Bingers can and will buy their binge food even if they're not in a binge mood, so they can have it in their house when they do feel like binging. It's obviously a very stupid thing to do if you know these foods can and will trigger you, but people with ED still do it for whatever reason.
But I've never heard of a binger who bought binge food, while they're in a clear state of mind, then deliberately planned when they're gonna binge on it right down to the time and date. "Planning" your binges only goes to the extent of "I'm going to the store right now to buy food then binge it once I get home", and even then, it's not really fair to call it planning because the word planning implies logical thinking, when there's none of that when it comes to binging. You're also correct about binging putting you in a dazed state where you almost have no control over your actions, and going to the store to buy the food is done while you're in that state.
What Cam claimed to do actually sounds like genuine BED to me because no sane person would supposedly walk 6 miles in the rain just to buy junk food and not even be able to wait until you get home to start eating it, but yeah having an eating disorder and simply craving a certain food isn't the same fucking thing. Just because you suddenly feel like ordering pizza doesn't mean you're a binger.

If you plan the food, it is a feast not a binge. No one gets sympathy for feasting however.

You're also pretty much spot on except for this part. It really varies between individuals. Sometimes you see people who are opportunistic bingers and take/plan for whatever moment they can engage in behaviors. For instance, if a child is keeping their eating disorder a secret from their guardians and hoard up binge food so they can engage in a binge and/or bp session once the guardians are away. That takes premeditated planning, even if you're in a lucid state. Although people with untreated eating disorders hardly ever are bc the urges to engage in behaviors are always there. It heavily depends on why a person engages in behaviors in the first place (i.e. a form of self harm, coping, boredom, the sensations, the tastes, etc) to figure out how and when they go about showing symptoms of the disorder.
But you and OP are both right to suggest that it's still weird that Amber feels the need to plan her binges. She's not hiding her behavior from anyone in that house, especially because the food she binges on is blatantly displayed in the kitchen. But it may also be that she may wait until she's home alone to engage in them. And since she doesn't drive and can't walk over to the Dollar Tree, she has to hoard the food that she believes she'll want once she has the opportunity to engage in behavior without anyone walking in on her.
