My SO is an attorney and I asked him about this. I wanted to say that just so you know that I'm not about to pull this post out of my asshole.

Becky and AL are so, so goddamn stupid.

For defamation suits, the alleged slander must meet a number of requirements. Of course, all of these requirements aren't met, because MichaelBePetty's video isn't fucking slander. False statements need to be made as if they were true, and these statements need to be injurious (i.e. tangible damage was done to AL/Becky-- e.g. someone lost their job, their significant other broke up with them, etc. as a result of the false statements). Neither of those things have happened.

It literally takes a monkey to google this and realize that MBP's video isn't slander, but of course, that's too much effort for these tards.

AL, here's your free legal consultation from a legit barred attorney: you don't have a case here, and this lawsuit would be deemed frivolous in any court. Of course, you won't make it that far, because no reputable lawyer would ever take this case.
 
Why doesn't Becky's family just private the pages and just ignore it and move on lol? Michael even scribbled out the names so they are looking at the wrong people to "sue" as far as spreading the info around which was the FB group and people messaging them which was cringe. Amber messaging them made her look even more idiotic because its clear its her that's angry about this going plus she cant grasp simple explanations from Zach about how his livestream wasn't about her.

Exactly. It was really cringey hearing AL talk about slander when she slandered Kaceys name all over the internet. The irony is appalling.
 
Meh, I say we let Amberlynn have fun with this one. Gorl needs something to distract her from the fact that the love of her life just got engaged and her caretaker's family is about one choker-width away from putting their foot down on their abusive relationship.

Would honestly love to see becky and her retard family try and sue anyone. The idea they are going to win a lawsuit over a facebook post is hilarious. Maybe if you don't want people misinterpreting your posts you should be more direct about who you are posting about now not so fucking vague.

In zachs video amber mentions that beckys sisters profile was always private. I wonder if that is the truth. If it is she added one of the autists from the alr facebook hate group. What did she expect when she just adds everyone who wants to be friends.
 
There's no smoke without fire. Becky's half-witted family members have launched into this screeching / threatening smoke-screen in an attempt to cover up the fact that they were most definitely talking about Amberlynn.
