The jeet accent has this weird sing-songy bend to it plus they always insert their jeetisms into it like "each and every" and using "kindly" everywhere. I legitimately don't know how you can't tell that he's Eastern European with such a thick fucking accent he has.

Some sort of eastern european was my guess too, like Estonia or some shit. But there's a lot of these motherfuckers out there making content with this voice and it's all tedious longform bullshit like this.
