In older comments on his fb ministry page, someone who appears to be a relative urges him to stay off the internet when his blood sugar is high, because he becomes angry, agitated and makes poor decisions while in that state. Among his many ailments, Bob lists "uncontrolled diabetes," and he also mentions being a regular client at a pain clinic.
Bob likes to emphasize that he's not retarded and repeatedly shows his psych evals to that effect.
