Life is way better in the UK than the rest of Europe. UK has more money, more freedom, more economic opportunities, more opportunities to fuck off to Canada or Australia (or if you are very very lucky, the US). And yes the UK sucks compared to the US, but Europe sucks even more. You have no idea how broken western europeans are in general. And Eastern europeans are just too poor to count.

The UK has no free speech though. I know the left really wants to take it away from us in the US, but at least we have it.
 
As a German I do somewhat agree with the OP, but Europe is not one uniform place with the same issues. Poland and Germany are very different ( obviously ) even though both of them are in the EU, it really does depend on where you live, I agree that nuking our power grid was the most retarted thing ever, especially for „ecological“ reasons. Like we take the best form of power, which is also green and replace it with half baked renewable bullshit and because they can’t support the power demands of an industrial nation we need to go back to coal and get more Russian gas. Which fucks us double because since Ukraine we literally cannot import Russian gas. Again this is somewhat Germany specific and kind of shows that Europe is not united, I mean no matter how much the Eu spends on propaganda campaigns to try to make it appear like that, Europe is not and will never be united. So calling the whole continent failed is just false. Although we Europeans can also not deny that we have severe issues, the ac thing for example shows again how stupid this our problems are, on my vacation right now in a southern European country and I can’t turn on the AC because „its not the season“ it’s 33 degrees outside what the actual fuck are you talking about. Anyway I want to keep this somewhat short because there are a lot more things I can talk about when it comes to why Germany will fail or has somewhat failed. But this is Europe wide thread.

The UK has really gone to shit over the last ten year. Poor fucks. They are being punished for Brexit. Would have been worse if they stayed in. The leftists inside the country have been seething as bad as leftists in the US seething about trump.
