I have been trying, for years, unsuccessfully, to educate the average user of this website of what a thumbnail is.

Unfortunately, when you ctrl+c ctrl+v an image into your post, it will be full sized by default. I asked XenForo for years to make copypasted images thumbnail by default but they refused. It's up to you to learn to be a heterosexual.

Further, it is essentially never okay to use the [img] tag. I would just break it but unfortunately that would break it across the site.

I remember when the Farms was down because of Keffals and Liz Dong Gone's BS I went around looking for a site like the Farms to lurk. I had hoped that the ED Forums might be such a place, because I assumed that when you try to write an article as deliberately offensive as the ones on ED that it required a certain level of self-awareness. Maybe that was true in the past, but it certainly isn't now. One of the most bizarre, retarded forums I have ever seen, and I could not figure out if they were asinine millennials that never moved on from the glory days of Chan culture, retard zoomers, or both. Glad to see that their Discord is no different.
 
Hi everyone. I am currently doing an OP rewrite so that the first post of this thread has actual info on the history and content of ED instead of just being a containment thread.

I am almost done. So far I have written about:

  • GirlVinyl
  • OhInternet
  • Zaiger
  • A brief bit on admins after Zaiger and how the site has constantly suffered from data loss, domain name changes, and general incompetence
  • General review of content on ED
  • William Atchinson
If there's anything else I should cover, let me know before I make my PG post. In general it is very difficult to find information on the site outside of ED and they've had so many transfers that a lot of existing data is lost.
