Yeah. Legally, KF did nothing wrong (though potentially some users might have). Really, the whole message is ridiculous anyway. They supposedly see fedposts on the site, contact the authorities, decide that the authorities aren't going to respond fast enough and decide to take matters into their own hands, but...at no point contact the owner of the site to mention any of this? Like others have said, it looks like more an excuse than a valid concern.
