I'm alright with skill cooldowns, but transformation timers? Wasn't that in XV1 and was a hated feature? Retarded. Also someone noticed there are a noticable amount of strange "voice errors" which suggests the narrator is AI. Such as at 0:33 when he says Dragon Ball strangely. Another at 0:55 where he just says "you, as player character." Could just be a stiff narrator and poorly edited script.
