Yes. A work buddy recommended it to me about 9 years back to help with back pain. Red Thai kratom has really helped mitigate it better than any over the counter stuff

Yes, 2-3x a month and gotta say it's better than alcohol. I build a tolerance almost immediately and I guess after about 2 days of use, only doses I can't really stomach would do anything.
