I used to get stressed randomly a lot when I was younger.

Now I just randomly find myself pissed off like I'm a menopausal women for no reason and it lasts for like 5 minutes then I'm back to normal.

I have an anxiety through the roof. Everyday, almost all the time. Sometimes panic attacks.

And I learned to live with it. With routine, and not being scared of outbursts.

i manage myself being aware, and making people around me aware I can be a bit explosive. My way to deal with stress is aggression, and it can yield good results when channeled properly.

I have not solved the equation 100% though, I do drink, a lot.

I have a thing where i get irrational cosmic Fear of an unknown impending doom every so often and it makes me imagine horrible scenarios and terrifying looking things that remain with me in memory for (what i assume will be) forever, but I kinda like being scared so joke's on the person who sacrificed their first born son to bloodcurse me with this affliction.
