I can think of many reasons, but I think the two primary ones are that it's the most accessible (even Hollywood's guilty of this, see Tarantino's stuff). And that some people just don't seem to realize how bad it can get (like above, as they're clearly using a non-human for their model, which is a creepy and autismal thing in and of itself. More so as it's Undertale).

From experience, when trying to find pictures for the thread, those tend to be among the very few things that have made me get close to the gagging point. Not even things like vore have made me gag, and that's literally one of the worst fetishes out there.
