Welp, I nearly managed to spook myself.

For anyone who wants context, the character was created by Ken Penders, the guy who used to do the writing on the Sonic Archie comics and is known for making the comic extremely spergy (well, at least spergier than what would be expected of a Sonic comic).

He attempted to sue Sega a couple of years back because he believes he owns the right to his shitty recolors fancharacters original characters which he made for the comics. However, his contract stipulated that every character he made is owned by Sega. So, he tried to take away the echidna name away from his glorified fan characters and make his own series. He commissioned someone to do renders of one character and...this...monstrosity is the result.

Ken Penders himself, at least a year ago, could have easily been qualified as a lolcow.

That's the income of way to many tartlets, some try to hide their real identity for obvious reasons.

Not terrible artwork, just really obnoxious. Doesn't help that it's called"For the Haters". Here's what the creator had to say about it:
I saw this screenshot and I couldn't help but make a sorta meme. "We didn't build it so you could LIKE it..."

Basically, this is for those of you who think I draw too many crossovers or too many fanarts. And it's also for those of you who hate on Misfits. I'm not being rude, just sayin. You hate what I do, unwatch me and move on. I don't draw what I draw to impress anyone--I draw what I draw cuz it's what I love to do. And if you can't handle that, then you don't need to be watching me.

Dear jesus, what is WRONG with his eye(s)? It really just kinda looks like he has two eyeholes and one pupil, kind of like Duskull from Pokemon. I don't even think I can comment on the rest of the picture as I'm still getting over the shock of seeing his... eye. s?

A part of me thinks the artist was trying to make anime styled eyes or something like that. Really, all that's missing is the "spilled juice box" on his undergarments. Then that can be more shocking than his eyes.

That was my first thought too. It took a few minutes to really register I was looking at a goddamned diaper picture because I couldn't stop looking at the eye(s).

Amazingly it didn't feature piss. Almost every diaper picture I see features piss. I guess because we have to know it's not a clean diaper I guess.

Oh, I used to identify with the furry community. "Dirty diapers" don't fase me in the slightest.
