According to Harry Morris, The gunt used his card info to purchase stuff in Vegas, and Morris can prove that he didn't have permission for this.
All purchases in the past were small and the gunt asked Morris for it every time before buying.
The gunt bragged about the purchase on Twitter and wrote that he can use the card info as much as he wants to.
Can we expect consequences about this (card fraud allegations, identity theft) or is it one more wet firework from the gunt vs Vickers/Morris trench war?

Don't take it as gospel but, I think the bank/credit card company themselves do the hunting and then it's up to Dirty Harrison to press charges so he doesn't have to pay it back.
This is atleast what happened when some Reno scum somehow used my debit card number to buy spic/nigger sports hats online.

I mean it does line up pretty well, Ralph ran and hid after the whole diary fiasco/after Vickers got Hatchett's name and that whole thing.
I do think he was initially scared of the "loose pussy" tweets and all the other times he directly named her breaking the DVRO, but it does look like the diary is the thing that has him spooked. But to be honest, Ralph manages to escape consequences just like the teflon tard, I will be surprised if this time things manage to stick, but I would not hold my breath for it.
From what is being said, it does look bad for all involved, and Deadman, the absolute fucking retard is involving himself even more than he needs to by running (and then publicly saying he's running) from the subpoena. All of them are absolute idiots and deserve whatever they get for inserting themselves into this shit looking for clout.
Ralph throwing Man-da under the bus a little over a day after getting married is fantastic though, I guess they did manage to spook him with all the talk about CC fraud.

It's a stretch but any written work a person can prove was written by them has a natural copyright. When you "copyright" it through the library of congress, it's essentially a buff and an upscaled version of a copyright. The fact that the CoE openly acknowledges that its hers and that they are not supposed to have it, as well as display the actual pages on screen it would infringe. That said, it would be an uphill battle but certainly an additional charge to tack on to make them sweat.

Ralph (to no ones surprise) got served at Ralphamania. The papers related to Gators signed statement which allows all his DM's of Ralph asking him to gayop Vickers after the established RO be entered into the court as evidence. In retaliation Ralph posted this:

Am I missing something? Ralph never actually mentions Sisco directly and actually says that they (Elric) "approached the wrong man". The screenshot tweeted by Ralph has what looks to be a "B" as its profile picture (someone had guessed bibble).
Anyway, the point is that Vickers and Elric immediately interpreted this as being Sisco but Ralph seems to be referencing someone else? Besides Sisco contacted Elric/Vickers, so the whole "they approached the wrong man" doesn't make sense.
I'll admit that the chances of the Sisco thing being an op are still very high (99%), but if it is, then it seems like they are two separate ops.

The "B" person didn't even accept the message request, so there was no two-way communication. So there's nothing in the info Ralph released that suggests that Sisco is involved.
