Nagas actually hold significance in Indian and Hindu culture. The ancient Mahabharata depicts nagas in a negative light. Their descriptions are usually given as divine, life-hating beasts with a broad intention of killing other forms of life, so why is he sexualizing them?

I think the problem here is three-fold:

1. Hog, and many other users, have creepy fetishes (snake people/Sonic characters in his case).
2. Most people on dA comprise of either underage children, or manchildren, of which D-Hog is the latter.
3. Role-Playing can get out of hand, and is just plain creepy from a rational perspective.

There's a reason why sane people are creeped out by this sort of thing, something I don't think these guys can get though their heads.

I've been sensing some Dobson-esque vibes in him for a while (Lazy/terrible art, overblown ego, shitty opinions about people) But I think that about cinches it.
 
January 17th he sent me a pm on Devianart and said "yeah I'll have it done next week"
Almost 2 months later I don't think he's even attempted to draw it, granted the character I asked him to draw is way out of his comfort zone and he even said it'd be a challenge but I might ask him to just post what he has done and see what he says
