You will see that Neanderthals, Sapiens and Denisovian all form separate clusters, they do not join at the fringes at all. All modern populations clusters together. Some black Africans and Australians are on the fringes of the sapien genetic cluster towards the other species.
20k years is not far too short for enormous differences. Selection pressures really took off once civilization started 10k years ago. We co-evolved as society got more complex over the millenia. And that evolution was driven by superiors having higher fertility rates than inferiors or just surviving better.

NW euros have serious group differences between their ancestors 2000 years ago. So does Ashkenazi Jews, Palestinian/Jordan Christians and Sarmatians are mostly Iron age Israelites, so a sibling to biblical jews and they had the exact same selection pressures (no differences). We already have a hidden fucking caste system. Whites from multi-generational professional families (think doctors, dentists, certain trades, scientists, engineers, etc) are genetically superior to the working class.
