He certainly steals the spotlight, especially with the fact he's staring at her while everyone else is looking at the camera, plus having his elbow propped up on that napkin dispenser for whatever reason. Why the napkin dispenser? Why not the edge of the table like a normal human? Or he could be polite and not have his elbows of somebody's table while they're eating.
