Damn, that looks like it hurt. I actually thought that that was a teratoma (Basically a tumor with hair and teeth).

Apparently this is in fact a gallbladder with cholecystitis. Passing gallstones makes passing kidney stones feel like a gentle massage, and it's usually better all round to just cut the whole organ out rather than put the patient through it.

I know it's not much and the supposed reason for it is for people with insulin shots, glucose testers or EpiPens to dispose of them safely, but given the area it's found in this needle box in a public restroom has seem plenty of junkies tossing heroin and fentonyal shots sway in, probably needles the health department gave them in the first place.
