Explanation is required for why this is cursed. It's a German public awareness campaign following an ever-increasing problem of sexual assaults at public baths. They chose to illustrate this with a White woman sexually assaulting a non-White man. I think really loaded propaganda can count as cursed, yes?

Not only mystery meat, but disabled (the leg) and apparently microcephalic too!
And of course there's more versions, all having a poor little brownoid being harrased (and in an attempt to make it less nooticeable, one has a slightly lighter brownoid collaborating with whitey to harrass a darker brownoid).
