He drinks the wrong Long Island Ice Tea, for example. Or it's a buggy day in Virginia, which isn't impossible. People get blood-born diseases all the time, it's just nobody believes them because the other possibility is more likely. "lol u like anal" "nah you shot up dope in an opium den"
 
Yes, Chris will get AIDS. From Barb. Who will then die in a hoard mishap, and then Chris will try to burn down a Gamestop, then get raped in jail, and then someone will post that recording of Chris crying, which Cole will review for some reason.

All of this is extremely likely, and literally cannot be discussed too much.
 
If a ween dyke exists who also happens to be a bugchaser, it's possible.

Bit off topic this:

Sometimes you can get unlucky. There is a clotting agent for haemophiliacs called Factor 5. It's a clear serum but to make it you need human blood. A while back there was an American pharmaceutical company who were making Factor 5 but they were getting some of their blood from prisons and the blood wasn't properly tested for parasites. A whole load of people got HIV from it. Scary shit the lengths some corporations will go to to save a bit of money.
