White gold powder. Not to be confused with white gold. When gold is atomized it changes the way light refracts around it and becomes pure snow white.

Nano gold by contrast is deep ruby red. And larger, lower quality colloids are green.

The ancient alchemists did try drinking the colloids and gold salts but they tend to make you insane. I have a feeling this is what Conor Murphy injected and it probably made his already frail state even more unstable. It's not easy to get actual white gold powder. It takes a lot of sophisticated lab equipment like an annealer, inert gas, etc.

I just want to point out that it's actually more likely he injected something totally random that somebody sold him as "gold" rather than whatever he actually thought he got. I highly doubt he would have. When you let your ego get so big it basically is driving all your decisions, it doesnt just decide to stop. If he had somehow survived whatever killed him and had a near death experience it could have shaken him up back to reality, or he would just keep partying and continuing on the same path trying to forget the experience.

I 100% agree. It's also easy to say shit like that when you're young, but the age of 30 comes faster than he would realize and like you said, his ego was driving his whole behavior at that point and it's unlikely to stop. With the amount of PEDs that Zyzz was on, he probably wouldn't have lived overly long anyway and if that Thailand sauna incident didn't happen, something similar would've probably gotten him sooner or later.

Now that I think about it, we could probably get a whole thread on bodybuilders who moved to Thailand to become junkies. Like Tim Sharky. Bodybuilder who moved to Thailand, actually used to party with Zyzz to the point that there were conspiracy theories that Sharky killed Zyzz (there's no evidence to suggest this is the case afaik). He became a total junkie, got really into Thai prostitutes, might've become a pimp or at least pretended to become a pimp, was a fake tough guy who offered $10k to anyone who could beat him in a fight while simultaneously refusing to fight anyone who took him up on the challenge, now seems to have become a right-wing nutjob and daytrading grifter.

I had a very good friend who was almost exactly like this, with the utterly obsessive drug use and he even was obsessed with moving to Thailand (although he never did). He eventually OD'd and died.
