Connor, I was feeling down a few weeks ago, and you know what I did? I started exercising and volunteering. I went jogging this morning and I still feel pretty good.

I agree with Ziltoid that eating better will make you feel better, too.

Just some suggestions.

Connor. If nothing makes you happy then why complain about goals not doing it in the first place? Because they're hard work?

Why do you crash only days after saying you can conquer multiple projects? Why does your Grandma problem conveniently occur right after you start writing Alphaboy?

Why do you set yourself up for failure everytime?

I guess I'm expected to achieve in spite of my pessimism.
Bad things happen in life. You need to work through it. I've had some tough times that are still lingering, but I've been working through them. It's what people need to do. If you let the bad times get to you, you won't feel like anything's worth doing. Not everything's out to get you, buddy.

yes that is what is called "being an adult"
Reminds me of a trope, the Knight in Sour Armor. I think I'm expected to be something akin to this character type. The world has let him down. He's seen ugliness and experienced betrayal. He hates his job, and frequently bemoans the state of the world he lives in, but does his job anyway not because he likes it, but because there's no one else available and it's the right thing to do.

Stop talking in some kind of autistic tv-tropes language.

Actually the best thing to do is to quit the job anyway and watch the trainwreck happen.

Not that you would know...

This right here, stop this shit. People are going to think you're weird if you reference TVtropes all the time. You don't do this irl do you?
