On January 12th there was an announcement for a sequel of russian visual novel "Everlasting Summer" (the original was made by imageboard volunteers and it had giant albeit malicious impact on russian internet and weebs overall). It quickly turned into absolute disaster since the very first promotional art had TWO characters with 6 fingers, making it seem like AI slop. The studio creator/script writer tried to deflect all the accusations, but quickly spiraled into alcohol-meth fueled pillstream and now texts something along the lines of "I fucked your mother" or "I'll find you and cut out your kidneys" publicly while projects reputation sinks with every passing day.

A "detractor" managed to prank call Phil Burnell (White DSP)'s mother. This is notable because no one really knows what she looks or sounds like and was presumed to have died from ill health earlier this year.
