Chris even went from a fresh baby-faced looking young adult to practically looking like a cave-man hillbilly hybrid within just a few years.

It is shocking how quickly that transition happened. He is just downright hideous now.

Whatever he's doing with his hair is not helping. He doesn't seem to understand that when women wear makeup and take care of their hair, it's effort and expense. I'm surprised if he isn't coloring his hair with Koolaid.

But, I also think that Chris back in the day had the benefit of grainy recording devices. These days, it's all HD shit that captures every horrifying blemish.

That and his diet. Some people it takes until their 30's for bad eating choices to catch up to them, but it's hitting Chris hard.

I hate to be "that guy" but I don't trust 'X causes autism/AIDS/cancer/death ' articles from non-scientific sources. Primarily because most people don't know how to read original research papers and when papers are used in laypeople publications they tend not to reported accurately and the results can get lost in an Internet version of telephone. Not to mention correlation doesn't equal causation.

But even ignoring the dubious food-autism link, Chris's diet sucks worse than your average college student. At least meal plans can include a salad.

I wouldn't say he's self-sabotaging. His fast food diet is a combination is laziness and a low standard of taste. It's common knowledge fast food isn't great for you, especially in large quantities, but, like everything else, Chris will do what he does because he wants to.
