Chris is probably in his own holding cell until he gets a bail hearing probably today. I dont know how quick Virginia does arraignment hearings but in my state they can be 1 day to a month after arrest

There won't be a hearing in the morning. If there is an arrest warrant for him it will be in the County where the crime occurred. Chris will need to be transferred there before he sees a judge since he's still in the same State. Henrico County is just his baby sitter right now, and considering just how flooded they are with requests for information they probably cannot wait to get him out.
