Nah it is usual autism. Yeah you could have a more literal naming, but it is pretty obviously refers to the issues of old age by context.

Though given the context that the aging devil would be erased, the translation could provide some mild confusion that by eating the aging devil, it could bring up questions about other types of aging beyond becoming old.
Thankfully this is part of why its a good thing that Chainsaw Man is a digital release, because I imagine if it was still in the Jump magazine, and this stuff gets leaked, the leaked information will make shit more confusing.
