He'll likely wind up in med-seg, either way. I know they've disallowed solitary confinement in Canada, but I'm not sure how that'll conflict with MEDICAL solitary confinement. Be interested to watch it play out, once he receives an order to swap places with Donald.
 
I'd say buy an epilator and shut the fuck up Johnny Boy but if this ends up with him going on the Canadian equivalent of Judge Judy it will have all been worth it.

Canadian sentencing is not like American. Look at how far Donald had to go to end up in jail, and there's a case to be made that he was objectively better off (at least temporarily) under supervision.

Our prisons aren't for-profit and we don't warehouse humans. JY is a middle class white guy with some ability to be gainfully employed and does not appear to be a violent criminal...Rebel reporters aside.

Local kiwis have illustrated before that there are some real social problems in JY's area, from the tweakers and opiate addicts running around Surrey to the organized crime and gangs in the city.

JY is still at "creepy piece of shit"...in his neighbourhood, we are all familiar with the teenager who died after other teenagers supplied him with drugs and made fun of his bad trip? We have problems in Canada, and our Social service and justice systems are really not equipped to deal with this kind of urban rot. Even if they get JY with grooming a couple of girls online and manage a conviction for sexual assault (rape)...I'm not even sure prison is likely, and it certainly won't be a long sentence. Look up the statistics on hunting accidents and accidental firearm deaths, and visit an emergency room in an isolated area... Then tell me Canada doesn't engage in QUITE A BIT of citizen - driven social control.

Honestly, the only justice victims could really hope for is the Crown pressing a serious criminal charge, and then he rots in Remand on some administrative requirement where he's ineligible to wait for trial outside. His history of litigating and asshattery MIGHT drive the bureaucracy to put his case at the bottom of a few schedules. He could rot for up to 18 months on a criminal charge. Getting his mother declared some form of unfit, or her finally being pissed off enough that she won't act as any kind of supervisor (whatever they call that) would be another notch in getting him sent to Remand.

While we all hope that the courts will throw the book at Yaniv, the more pragmatic view is that Yaniv is most likely to receive a suspended sentence. This is perhaps a blessing in disguise, as suspended sentences are probation orders with conditions - one of which is usually "Be of good behavior" along with "keep the peace". Those are two things that Yaniv seems to struggle with. The lovely thing with suspended sentences is that breach of the probation order (which will probably be for 12 or 24 months) will result in rather immediate jail time. Just look at what happened with Donald when he breached his.

I hope he defends himself, being the promising lawyer he is, and that all details are released of the proceedings - better still if we have someone like "goinglikeelsie" there for on the spot reporting... icing on the cake would be a video recording.

As a leftfag I have such a burning hatred for Yaniv and that is exactly why. You could say the same thing about literally any of these egregious idpol-centered activists, even the non tranny ones. The shit they are willing to ignore, almost always economic and social issues that are better explained through class analysis, is infuriating and its all so they can do useless attention grabbing self important shit like whine that a Korean woman didn't want to touch their balls or complain that the rich people accepting meaningless awards on the TV aren't diverse enough.

Who is Yaniv helping with this? How many people in the trans community really think this is a pressing issue that needs to be addressed? These fucking morons could be building platforms to point out how trans people suffer from all kinds of actual social and economic problems as a way to build solidarity with non-trans people in the poor and working classes who face a lot of those same problems but no instead they want to do legitimately damaging shit like try and force someone to wax their dick, all so they can become popular social media activists among upper middle class professionals who just want people to think they are woke but don't want to actually rock the boat too hard. Anytime a painted clown like Yaniv or the rest of her ilk get described as "far left" it just makes me hate liberals even more. Gonna turn me into a Third Positionist at this rate.

I know it's probably been said 100 times. But it honestly makes me cackle that the tribunal responsible for hearing troon related problems is abbreviated as HRT. Sometimes the universe is truly poetic.

Anyone can file a complaint like that sure but the human rights tribunal can wipe their asses with it as well. Whats really bullshit is that the tiny bits of news we do actually get on HIM go out of their way to respect HIS pronouns and counts the farms documenting his nonsense as "online harassment" just walking on eggshells not to say anything that could potentially hurt anyones delicate ass feelings
