Wu is a Trump that daydreams about being the Arafat of America or some "benevolent" middle-eastern dictator.
Promise freedom and equality with no real idea of what that would mean, absolutely, it's important to operate on a synergetical agile development paradigm when engineering social development going forward. Spending public funds on himself? Sure, he's the leader and needs all that stuff. Having the entirety of the nations coffers pass through his personal bank account, that's just common sense, that way he can make sure the money goes to the necessary things he agrees with and the rest of the money will stay safe.
Jail opponents and adversaries, political or personal, for made up crimes? You bet your ass that would be the new policy. A ceremony that makes him queen of Twitter, why not, a change would be made so everyone auto-follows him as well. Getting blocked means being unpersoned and disappeared.
