Not just women who vote Republican. I think John believes he is more of a woman than any woman who falls outside of his narrow, unrealistic, fetishized view of womanhood.
For instance, it doesn't show often but Brianna seems to have a level of contempt for women who choose to leave the workforce to start a family despite him not having an actual job since meeting Frank and sitting on his ass fucking about on Twitter all day.

John can't get along with any group ever. Even one as fucked up as anti-GG or even the wack-o tranny/feminist sets.
It's simply because he's always gotta be the center of attention. Always.
Johnny's ideal world is that of a cult leader: all the authority, all the obedience, all the respect without having to actually have done anything. Everyone hanging off his every word ready to fulfill his smallest whim and all John has to do is what he loves most in the world: open his mouth and let the shit flow.
This fat fuck is positively allergic to two things; work and failure.
Which he handles by first saying everything and doing nothing and second by attaching himself to groups and if the group fails, well it sure wasn't Johnny's fault, if the group succeeds well you can bet your last penny it was all because of his leadership and vast skills.
He a human parasite pure and simple. He's never actually seceded at anything in his life despite being handed more chances then god.
If there is karma John will spend his last years penned up in a low cost nursing home where his inane rambling and ego demands are complete ignored by a lackluster staff.
