That description doesn't tell you much about the game if you know nothing about it. It just assumes you played the earlier version. Who is Agent Holiday? What is N313 and Crimson 09?
Also, Amanda Winn-Lee is the only voice actor featured prominently even though she doesn't voice the main character.

Comparing it to Sonic CD, a good game on phones that's available for free and only 264.8MB... I'd say yeah, that's pretty huge.

Yeah, it's taking the piss. Hearthstone is about that size, and that has the excuse that it has hundreds of audio files in over a dozen languages, it still takes up quite a lot of space on my tablet.
