We can only guess what "street harassment" means in this story. He says he was late and we can assume he was on foot, so he wasn't home. I'd probably not recommend it because women are unlikely to be six inches taller than some dude and even more unlikely to be socialized into toxic masculinity that involves publicly challenging a man by getting in their face.
