I don't know about you guys, but I seem to recall Co-operative game play existed in the fucking arcade era of gaming. But the article does imply that :tycesuit: was a legitimate threat to anyone so whatever.

The thing that gets me is how much they go on about how tech/gaming is a "boys club." As soon as anyone points out that geek culture is more welcoming to women/minorites than just about any other subculture in existence, they say it's because you're a white male and you're biased because privilege. The only evidence allowed is anecdotal oppressed women stories, as if that's somehow less biased. If they really had any interest in eliminating bias and actually knowing if there was sexism going on, they'd make an experiment that would have some sort of control for bias, so they'd know if they were comparing apples to apples. It's too bad nobody has ever done anything like tha- oops I dropped something.

It's no wonder so many of them hate science.

I Ctrl+F'd misogyny, sexism, and victim complex and found no results for the above.

This means that it is obviously biased toward white cis males and can be dismissed.

The only studies that are valid are those approved by Wu-senpai.

It's not as if there's as much of a discrepancy except in the favor of women in dozens-- no, countless-- other fields, oh goodness no.. it's all about the soggy knees fo sho. It's not that men are probably more inclined to these lines of work, it's just plain ol' sexism. Surely.
 
Know what really sucks? That lame-ass pie chart. It took me a bit to figure it out because the colors are so similar.
