First, get an MRI or a brain scan to show evidence of any kind of a brain implant. If there is, then go from there.

As i said, i've already done x-ray and MRI without any result. This device do not use lead for wires, but something else. I can only guess, but it might be graphite wire isolated by rubber or other kind of material. Battery + Controller probably have simple EMF shielding, nothing uncommon.
