I occasionally see the Boykisser creature out in the wild, and people claim not to know it's a pedophilia thing.

It'd be nice if the people I talk to online didn't use Discord, because that's where I've seen it. Not from them, but servers I've gone in unrelated to the pedoshit, like one of the guys who does bideo game music covers. I jumped ship when I saw people posting it.

Incredibly based but I can't help but feel it might be a bit too little too late. The groomers have probably already moved on to the next super funny and totally not just porn and grooming meme by now. Idk maybe something did happen but I reported a fair few of the obvious children posting softcore porn on the reddit a few years ago and nothing came of that in the week or two I checked the throwaway email. Yea sure, banning groomer reddits and discords is never a bad thing but why the fuck did it take so long for a place hosting children posting what amounts to softcore cp to get banned? And they'll just go somewhere else, that will then also probably take fucking years to be banned as well. I don't want reddits banned, I want the people responsible arrested, otherwise they'll just move to the next child infested piece of media.

The UK and EU agencies as well as the American NCMEC (I think it's called) and most agencies that deal with terrorist threats and illegal drug rings all have open emails. If I see something that warrants being reported I just type one email and give it some sort of 'I have sent this to several agencies, some because I am in their jurisdiction, others because the person in question is in their jurisdiction', some generic shit like that. Send it to as many relevant agencies possible, takes two seconds to find the tip line for most of them and there is no reason not to, as long as they are actually relevant. Fbi tips are a bit awkward because they have to go through a form on their website that requires a valid american address so I normally just stick in the whitehouse address or something like that and preface the tip by saying I am not american but the person is. Also report it on whatever platform too because I assume that if reddit sends a message to the fbi it has more weight than a random tip does. I don't bother with local police because what the fuck is some random guy in England going to do about someone in America other than pass the report along which I already did? Especially as being on this site would probably get me arrested anyway, so I'd rather not talk to the local police. Realistically the local police will not be able to do anything because it's not their jurisdiction, especially if it's an entirely different country. Reporting it to dedicated agencies will ensure that it will at least find it's way to the relevant place.

Most responses I get are 'thank you for the report, however it is not our specialty/jurisdiction, we have passed it on to the relevant places' and that's it and even if it goes nowhere it is better than nothing and at the very least you have that knowledge that you at least tried and that hopefully that person is at the minimum on a watch list all for at most a minute or two of your time.

Links to the place and account that you found it, archived too obviously. Sending them an illegal image and just saying you saw it in this place won't do anything, screencaps are also dubious because of how easily they can be faked but are better than nothing if it's something hard to link to/archive, though if that's the only thing you have then they might want more information and thus involvement from you which might be hard if you want to stay anonymous. They will not arrest you for forwarding something you saw. If anything not sending a report makes you look more dodgy. Also if you do it through any anonymous burner email through tor or whatever then they're not going to know it was you, just don't use those one time disposable emails incase they ask for anything further. If it's obvious that the extent of your involvement with illegal material is just accidentally seeing it and then reporting it then they're not going to punish you for helping them, in general there's a fair few legal protections for that exact situation. As fucking faggy as it is and how often it's used for anti privacy propaganda, if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear.

Technically yes, and depending on where you live it would be enough to fine or court summon/arrest you if proven you had it even if you pass it on then delete it. My advice would be to merely forward it without attempting to archive/save on PC and don't announce to anyone you've done so. Keeping it on the down low and in secret raises less drama, reduces the risk of deleting fucking everything and gives investigators time to bag evidence (which they are paid to do), build a case and potentially ensure prison time or at the very least a slap on the wrist and a fine. In America a grand jury deciding if there is enough evidence for a trial has between 16 to 23 members. Criminal cases have 12 jurors. Your objective is to think about how to convince those 12 people this person you are accusing is worth prison and all it's implications for a crime of this nature. You can help by pointing detectives in the right direction with direct communication and leave without announcing you filed a report and most importantly don't bring attention from the media which could fuck up everything.
