Boomer Hate Thread

I game with this Vietnam vet who is one of the coolest motherfuckers I've ever met and I've met some cool motherfuckers. He got wind of an exploit in the game and messaged me to get in the server NOW so he could dump massive amounts of items on me. Dude would give you the shirt off his back if he respects you but if he thinks you're a good for nothing lazy piece of shit you won't rate a hello, much less any support. He's low-key racist and a little sexist too but he'll try to keep it under wraps when we have a big group going just to be polite :story: He'll say some off the wall shit about blacks this or women that and then apologize but I'm like don't apologize dude, doesn't offend me any. At the end of the day he treats me as an equal which is more than I can say for a "male feminist" who's just saying a bunch of shit he doesn't believe to get good boy points from a chick. Actions speak louder than words and all that.

Those guys were done so dirty. Fodder for the banker war machine, used up and tossed away. Yet when you ask them they'll still say they love their country because they, unlike much of the current generation, understand that politics and people are two separate things. You can hate what people in power are doing without turning into a sniveling cosplay commie.
why is every woman on this site a rugmuncher?

I'll PL in this thread.

I work for a certain company that rhymes with "Goyazon." I despise the work, but I've had to take it on as a second job because my nonprofit social services job isn't paying me squat. I've worked since the day I turned 15, worked in fast food while the year of the cough was going on, worked manual labor jobs, and so forth. I put myself through technical college while working the entire time I was in school. I've been holding on to the hope of finally getting a better job after graduating, and I do have some positive things lined up in my future.

I try to be courteous and professional to people while working at Goyazon, and most of the time it pays off. I've been offered food, help, and nice things like that. One thing that I have noticed is that every generation except one has the look in their eyes that they feel bad for me, and if they make small talk with me, they will drop in some pleasantries like "it's a thankless job, but thanks for doing it." There is one generation that, by and large, always has the look of disgust in their eyes when they see me. Of course, that is the Boomers. The body language and attitude from them is manifest as "well, this is divine punishment; I guess that goyazon driver didn't work hard enough in life." All the while they are sitting on a pension that they pulled the ladder up from when they reached it, or the 120k truck that they somehow decided was a fitting vehicle for an aging couple that lives in a home in the suburbs.

It's interesting that a generation that has so much has given so few to ones after them. COVID was punishment, and we didn't let it hit the boomers hard enough.

COVID was punishment, and we didn't let it hit the boomers hard enough.
Blame millennials for not letting Covid do its job. Millenials are spineless and pathetic, as well as emotionally fragile. Their boomer parents, who are manipulative and egotistical, weaponized them to be their town criers.
“You wouldn’t want your grandkids/grand dogs/grand cats to not have a grandma would you?”

Instead of saying fuck off, they got played hook line and sinker.

They were the ones screaming for everything to be shut down, to triple vax and mask or you’ll kill grandma.

All that to never get inheritance, or maybe some shitty coke bottle collection in a decade as a “thank you.”
