Best guess, it's way cheaper than the Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia metro area since it's on the ass other end of the state, but still has all the WA welfare available.

That's not even scratching the surface of that area into Idaho and Oregon popular with militia types, and not all of them are the most stable of individuals.
