That thread is a mess, I read highlights and only barely know what is happening. It's fine for following the controversy itself, but there seems to be way more IRL antics than lawsuit happenings. If I understand it correctly, the suit against the store owners is over (default), so the only open lolsuit is them suing Ben and asking for an injunction.

If that gets funny, an OP for that lolsuit might be warranted in the usual format for this board. But for now I think the standalone thread is a good enough discussion place of the whole deal, without needing to focus on a lawsuit.
