I'm looking forward to the release of the FOX squad, since in the PV video where everything is all wrong In subtle ways, and things are seemingly being changed, Malkuth shows up again at the end. What is she looking for? Does she try to resurrect her little sisters, is that what's causing everything to be all weird? Only time will tell I suppose.
The other thing I'm interested about the PV video is that there are two things that really do shout as things that catch to my eye and they are funny enough the two most obvious ones.

I think the voice was The General Student council president. The Nameless Gods cursing Arise would be something they would do since she fully rejected her goddess statues and they that petty.
Decagrammation was a really weird chapter at the beginning, but it got quite good toward the end. I half-expected a joke during the epilogue where someone gets annoyed at a vending machine and berates it, only for it to start speaking really ominously in response. The chapter took around 3 days or so canonically so I also expected a joke along the lines of "Only 3 days?! It felt like [event duration]!"
Since Trinity is based on Britain, is there a Greggs or a Wetherspoon's anywhere?

Imho, Vol EX ultimately manages to find a path between two major pitfalls, "not enough build-up makes the conclusion sudden/unsatisfying" and "the story completely drowns into esoteric philosophy."
Those jokes probably would've been funny, but perhaps also resulted in accusations of "marvel humor" where story is too afraid to take itself seriously and undermines it "comic relief" after serious moments. Usually that just ends up ruining all the tension the story has built up. EX kind of does the opposite by having Toki be a silly goose first and Kei essentially shouting that this is serious and there's no time for comic relief.
