Well in the Malkuth raid bond is very important too. Once a day Aru is my main damage dealer because I borrow her from my friend who has her at UE60, all skills maxed and geared up and at bond 93. When Malkuth reaches her second phase my friend's Aru fills up the red bar with a single use of her basic skill. You read that right, her BASIC SKILL, I don't even have to use her EX.

Gameplay wise, if you have S.Hanako already Ichika is just complementary AOE Purple damage for when you need more than 1 team for something like Insane/Torment Kurokage. You also probably need to run Ichika with Seia or NY.Fuuka because her EX cost is 6 but she does pretty good damage despite that.
While I'm on this topic:
Kasumi is sort of similar to what I said about Ichika. She's good for her AOE Purple attack with DEF Down debuff. But Kikyou exists, does the same-ish job and has Cost reduction for everyone for her sub skill.
I only ever hear about Sakurako being used for when a raid boss needs Focus Fire (ie: Goz, Yesod)
Swimsuit Eimi is useful for when you need repositioning + Shields like for Goz and Shiro Kuro.
Fun event overall as Ichika loses her sanity completely, though I think I remember a scene in a warehouse in the flashback in previous Fest. Also don't like the VA for Kasumi that sounds with a way deeper voice than expected.
