If he came to the us it would be ideal. Misgendering aint illegal here and cops dont respond to hurt feelings reports...usually.

And the places he'd feel most comfortable with his ladyboy self tend not to like people wandering around with weapons.

Wow, that's new to me, and also seems very contrary to the 'innocent until proven guilty' doctrine of U.S. justice.

That sounds to me like a reason for a LEGIT human rights investigation, though in the U.N. not a pissant BC tribunal which I pray will be dismantled in favour of the existing federal human rights court like the fucking kangaroo Court that it is.

Disagree somewhat. Canada is not like North Korea. Its detaining people for criminal reasons on its side of the border so the US does not have to then make it their problem is, basically, a favor to US. This person isn't officially charged with being a troon or having HIV or being disabled. He's not allowed to cross the border because he has four weapons offenses in Canada to answer for.

Why's that a human rights investigation? You mean, the USA *must* let anyone into their country who isn't a criminal? That sounds a little overbearing. Which country are you in? Maybe we can send Jessica your way?

CBP is US Customs and Border Patrol. It's not Canada doing sweet fuck all. It would be the USA saying "Access denied, GTFO"

Settle down. He has to be convicted first before he's denied entry to the States.
Fair enough. Seems pretty cut and dried though. They've got him dead to rights.

Even so, if he's out on a promise to appear would they arrest him at the airport if he tried to leave or would they even know at the airport? Do the police share this kind of info with airport security?

Allowing entry into the US has nothing to do with "justice".

The US bars entry to many people who have never been convicted of a crime. The majority of people on watch ists are only there because they have a particular name or are related to other people on one list or another.

Nobody has the right to enter a foreign country. If you visit you are a guest on their terms unless something else has been agreed upon, hence the passports and the border controls.
Besides, it is in Canadas best interest that the individual suspected of multiple felonies doesn't suddenly decide to take a multiple year vacation before the trial

No no you're all right of course. That was a stupid post made drunk and looking to argue stupidly because I was mad at the internet.

And @ComeGetSome , I live in Surrey. I've got ALL the Jessica I could never want, please and thank you. :cryblood:

A suspect always returns to the scene of the crime.

The video is down. Anyone happen to get an archive?

Edit: Never mind, I forgot about the part about her getting doxed in chat and ending it immediately.
