IDK, it depends how my life turns out when (and if) I become old by today's standards. Betty White is pretty cool, and I think she's immortal.
 
Biological or any other kind of physical immortality extending a person's lifespan indefinitely isn't inherently wrong if it can be undone by that person's choice.

People die every day. Statistically, more babies are born faster than when someone dies. (I may have worded that kind of weird.)
If immortality becomes a thing, the overpopulation issue will never be addressed.
