The only funny one I've ever heard for whites is Styrofoam Americans, which only applies to burgers, but it still gets a good chuckle out of me.

A buddy of mine is from one of the better Caribbean islands and they refer to other islanders as nuts in bushes. Probably similar to "monkey in the jungle" but the islands are so small the jungles are more like bushes.

For Americans you could also use corn syrup enthusiasts
