I hate to say it but there are loads of CSA and child grooming victims who later went on to become pedophiles and partake in CP themselves, unfortunately, and many of the most aggregious child abusers have pointed to being victimized themselves as minors being the catalyst that normalized it for them. ILJ being molested by her dad and then getting off on incest and CP would not be unheard of at all, though I don't think that's what happened personally.

I think attributing all of ILJ's lack of hygiene to sexual abuse is overspecifying the problem somewhat. Her dad was a military man who moved around a lot; her parents were divorced so whenever she went to visit her mom and even if she had her own room with her she likely felt more like a houseguest than it was really "hers". She mentioned being a clean freak when she lived with her parents but given her dad's background I wouldn't be surprised if it was caused by living with a guy who would flip his shit if her room wasn't pristine. If you know anything about parents with extreme OCD, you know that they can go through everything so a sense of privacy can sometimes be completely non-existent, which can lead to control issues over personal space and individual preference.

A lot of her unhygenic habits could have originally appeared as her having a lack of true control over her living space growing up and now exerting that control over her new living space by being as disgusting as possible. People tend to attribute claiming a space as "theirs" through cleaning and refurbishing a place to suit them, but for someone who spent their entire childhood cleaning and refurbishing their space but never really felt at home it can cause them to manifest that need to identify "their space" in a different (often unhygenic) way.

Most CSA survivors or people who grew up with extremely OCD parents don't get off on huffing toxoplasmosis and animal farts, though. Being too repulsive to be raped by a family member usually appears as not wearing deoderant and heavy sweaters, letting your hair get greasy and becoming a pizza face, or picking/scratching/cutting. Some extreme cases may resort to self-mutilation or substance abuse, or not wiping their ass or pissing the bed on a regular basis (though incontinence caused by trauma is especially common among very young children and not purely specific to CSA, but can also manifest from other forms of emotional and physical abuse).

But rolling in someone else's piss, or playing with cat shit and deliberately attempting to get other people infected with nail fungus while torturing animals for fun and joking about raping other girls goes well beyond the kind of behavior typically seen in even the most traumatized CSA victims and is something that is far more about ILJ's own sexual self-gratification than just her being scared of getting assaulted. ILJ was painting her nails to hide her fungus and stuffing her bra to try and attract other girls to abuse, while at the same time actively flaunting her disgusting habits to her male roommate, knowing he was also into the same shit.

Tl;dr I don't think ILJ was a victim of CSA specifically and more just has weird territorial/space control issues as the result of growing up with military parents and a bunch of disgusting sexual attachments formed from spending her entire childhood terminally online looking at loli and gore porn.

Well in case that she was a victim, it raises a massive question about who did it and how much her parents knew, cared or were even involved.
