Bella still has that $500 Chris sent to her for the camera + to pay for filming at the Brony convention. That's basically blood money at this point. She gets money from her doting parents regularly, but that doesn't tickle her fancy, so she manipulated the disabled person whose life she was planning on destroying and potentially ending to send her money, in order to fulfill her goals. If she's been interacting with Chris to such an extent for so long, what are the chances she's met Chris at his house, or somewhere in Ruckersville/Charlottesville?
