Dumplings have different preparation and "batter" as well as being deep fried or cooked.
Meat loaf is just meat loaf and wellington is a waste of meat that could be grilled.

Low quality ground stuff is usually reserved for dumplings, meat patty, spring rolls and salami where you can't see the texture and meat is hidden in other food.
